Check out our FAQ for troubleshooting tips, such as ensuring the unit is fully charged or checking for a blocked tube. Sometimes the tube might need to be adjusted if it's hitting the bottom of the oil bottle. You can rinse or replace it—new tubes are included in the box, and you can simply cut them to size.
